As mentioned in my previous post, we headed up to Dijon again on Saturday (14th August 2021) to express our disagreement about the rollout of vaccine passports in France, and the resulting state of medical apartheid in which we now find ourselves living.
The temperature was around 30 degrees, but the heat didn't stop a couple of thousand people coming out to make their feelings clear.
The mood was friendly and relaxed, and we made it to the centre of town, where there were a few speeches.
As the crowd headed towards the railway station the police turned us around with a few tear gas canisters. The protesters were generally very well behaved, and the stand-off at the edge of town remained fairly relaxed.
